Esme Barrera Memorial Fund
Casis will be building an interactive, musical playground memorial on campus in Esme's honor. The design is still in progress. If you would like to contribute funds to the memorial, please make checks payable to Casis PTA, with "Esme Barrera Memorial Fund" in the memo line, and drop them in the office.

Casis Author Visit
Author Mac Barnett will visit Casis on Fri, Feb 3, for a day of fun presentations about his funny, creative books and the process of writing and publishing them. Barnett is the author of Bluebonnet Award Nominee The Case of the Case of Mistaken Identity as well as two other Brixton Brothers mysteries and several great picture books, including Mustache! and his newest, Extra Yarn. Casis families can order books in advance by going to this link. The supply is limited, and the deadline to order is Jan 27. Book orders will be delivered to your oldest child's classroom by Mon, Feb 6.

The Casis PTA Yearbook Staff Photographers have created a new website for sharing their professional quality photos of our amazing school. The yearbook collage photos, Fun Run photos, Track & Field Days and more are all there! Order prints, digital files, and fun photo merchandise on the site. All proceeds go to the Casis PTA.
